Supplied flat packed and fairly easy to fit but you need a few things before you start firstly it is awkward to hold and bolt on the wall so two people are required, The working height is above the door so some form of a safe working platform will be required. The fixing bolt holes will need to be drilled into your wall which is best done with a good quality hammer drill. As always work safely with all the required protection. Always clean the canopies after installation to remove fingerprints swarf from the drill etc.
From Bristol City Centre We aim to deliver most door canopy orders within a couple of days, but this can vary due to stock levels and demand on our delivery fleet in peak times such as school holidays. Larger contractors orders tend to be placed weeks or months in advance. Guaranteed delivery dates need to be planned by at least six weeks in advance. Whenever possible, we try to use our delivery fleet as this reduces damages and lost packages. When your delivery arrives, there are a few things to consider.
The products should be stored off the floor, and they are better not in direct sunlight if there is protective bubble wrap packaging around the box this must be removed at the time of delivery.
The actual storage bags on the boards should have the ends opened. Avoiding overheating due to the sun while in storage is the aim.
Boxes should be stored out of the way to avoid creating any trip hazards and to avoid people standing on the boxes.
Door canopy Maintenance
Very simple once installed the door canopies need a very occasional clean with mild soapy water and a soft cloth. Stainless steel requires polishing to activate the steels natural resistance to dirk and grime.
Solvents and abrasives should be avoided.
